Android Q gives you the option to undo home screen icon removals in case it was an accident or you regret your choice.
Another small feature added to the Pixel Launcher in Android Q is the option to undo icon removals from the home screen. We have all accidentally removed an icon from the home screen so this is a very subtle, but welcome change. The undo button simply puts the icon back to where it originally was. This is what it looks like:
