Pixel | Android | Beta

The latest iteration of Android is now ready for beta testing and brings a host of new features to the platform.

The very first Android Q beta is now going live. Current supported phones are the Google Pixel, Google Pixel XL, Google Pixel 2, Google Pixel 2 XL, Google Pixel 3 and Google Pixel 3 XL. Basically every generation of the Google Pixel series.

The beta builds for Android Q is called Developer Previews so this beta is actually called DP1. Since this is a developer preview it is almost guaranteed to contain bugs and other annoyances. Google does not recommend using developer previews as your daily driver as it can crash and be unstable.

You can download the beta here or sign up here to receive the OTA update to your device soon.
