Android 11 tweaks the notification log and adds a notification history to make sure you never miss notifications.
Android 10 brought a notification log nattily to the OS and it is now getting some tweaks as well as a companion called notification history. AndroidPolice was able to toggle this flag to take a peak at the redesign. They also note that the feature seems unfinished.
